1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Full-Day Nutrition Services For Children And Adolescents Staying At The Special Educational And Educational Center No. 2 In Kalisz.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Number Of Pupils Covered By The Order: Approx. 60 People And May Change During The Term Of The Contract. 2) During The Term Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Expects To Provide Approximately: - Breakfasts: 5,400 - Second Breakfasts: Pln 11,000 - Lunches: Pln 12,000 - Afternoon Snacks: Pln 9,200 - Dinners: Pln 4,000. The Expected Numbers Of Meals Are Only Estimates Based On The Ordering Partys Knowledge Of The Current Use Pupils From Meals. The Actual Numbers Of Ordered Meals May Differ From The Above Predictions For Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Ordering Party, Therefore The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. 3) The Number Of Meals Will Depend On The Number Of Pupils And The Existing Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order In Quantities Consistent With The List Provided By The Ordering Party. In The Event Of A Reduction In The Number Of Meals, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party.4) Meals Will Be Delivered To The Special Educational And Educational Center No. 2 In Kalisz At Ul. Augustyna Kordeckiego 19, 62-800 Kalisz.5) The Contractor Will Prepare 5 Full Meals A Day For Children And Adolescents, Taking Into Account Basic Ingredients And High-Quality Food Products Used In Nutrition, In Accordance With The Reported Diet, While Maintaining Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements In The Field Of Personal Hygiene The Contractors Staff, The Conditions Of Preparing Meals And Serving Them To Children, And Will Comply With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Educational System And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of Public Catering Children And Adolescents In These Units.6) Meals Will Be Served On School Days, Including Holiday Breaks, Vacations And Sickness Absence Of The Student.
