The Main Objective Of This Tender Is The Provision Of Individually Considered School Transportation Services To Students Who, Due To Conditions That, In General, Prevent Or Noticeably Hinder Connectivity, Producing Geographic Or Economic Isolation, Cannot Attend Regularly Or Without Great Difficulty, To Its Educational Establishments, Which Depend On This Municipality. The Public Tender Will Be Established By Lines, Each Of These Being The Routes That Each Supplier Will Carry Out. The Municipality Of Lumaco - Department Of Communal Education, Reserves The Right To Annul This Call For Public Bidding, For Justified Reasons, Either Prior To The Opening Of The Proposal Or In The Act, By Decree. Exempt Founded. The Municipality Of Lumaco Reserves The Right To Declare Void One Or More Of The Benefits Called For Particular Services, By Means Of A Justified Exempt Mayors Decree. The Declaration Referred To Above Will Not Generate Any Responsibility Of The Municipality Towards The Bidders Or Third Parties, Which The Participants Expressly And Irrevocably Accept By The Mere Fact Of Submitting Their Offer.
