The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Contract With One Supplier For The Processing Of Project Documentation At The Level Of Documentation For Construction Permits For The Application For The Issuance Of A Decision On Construction Planning Permission (Dsp) And Project Documentation For The Construction, Which Will Be Used For The Selection Of The Contractor And For The Implementation Of The Construction (Pdps) On The Construction Of Road Iii/05714 - Reconstruction Of The Retaining Wall In Km 1.288 - 1.325 In The Village Of Gručovice And Engineering Activities Related To This Event In The Scope Of Ensuring All Discussions, Surveys, Statements Of State Administration Bodies Absolutely Necessary For The Planning Permission Process. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Also The Provision Of Property Law Preparation For Issuing A Decision On Planning Permission. The Content Of The Subject Of Performance Is The Delivery Of Complete Agreed Project Documentation (Pd) Including All Relevant Permits And Decisions. The Subject Of The Order Is Engineering Work In Order To Obtain A Valid Building Permit, On The Basis Of Which It Will Be Possible To Carry Out The Construction (Hereinafter Referred To As Engineering Work). All Administration Fees Are Included In The Bid Price. The Object Composition Will Be The Subject Of Documentation At The Dsp Level. The Existing Retaining Wall Is 37 M Long, 0.5 M Thick And 0.4 - 2.9 M High. The Construction Involves The Demolition And Construction Of A New Retaining Wall In The Same Location. The Final Solution Will Be Agreed Upon By The Customer Within The Framework Of The Pd At The Dsp Level. Project Documentation Will Be Processed In Accordance With Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Construction Act, As Amended, In Particular § 158 And § 184 And In Accordance With Its Implementing Legislation, In Particular Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. On Construction Documentation. The Subject Of Processing Is Defined In The Terms And Conditions, Which Form An Appendix To This Tender Documentation. The Scope Of The Contract Also Includes The Performance Of Copyright Supervision During The Implementation Of The Construction And All Administrative Fees (Will Be Re-Invoiced), Which The Supplier Will Indicate In His Offer, As Well As The Provision Of Authorization For All Ways Of Using The Copyrighted Work (Hereinafter Referred To As License) In The Sense Of Act No. 121/2000 Coll., On Copyright, Rights Related To Copyright And The Amendment Of Certain Laws (Copyright Act), As Amended. The Contractor Will Also Provide The Client With The Right To Grant A Sub-License Within The Scope Of Its License To Third Parties And Consent To The Transfer Of The License To Third Parties, All With A Territorial Limitation To The Anticipated Location Of The Future Construction. The Price Of The Relevant License Is Part Of The Price Of The Project Documentation.
