Tenders Are Invited For Implementation Of Engineering /Design, Construction And Exercise Of Authors Supervision/ Of A Site: Overhaul Of Part Of The Fields Of The Roof Of The Theater House - Monument - 2,7 And 9

The Main Goal Of The Investment Intention Of The Municipality Of Panagyurishte Is To Improve The Condition Of The Roof Of The Dom-Pametnik Theater Building. The Roof Fields Represent The Different Structural Parts Of The Building And Their Respective Roof Areas. The Roof Fields Subject To Intervention Are: Field 2 = 258.53 M² /Dressing Rooms, Corridor/, Field 7 = 119.25 M² /Foyer And Corridor/ And Field 9 = 45 M² /Substation/. This Public Procurement Provides For The Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase For All Necessary Parts For The Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works, Including Coordination Of The Prepared Investment Project With All Competent Authorities And Operating Companies To The Point Of Readiness For Awarding The Evaluation For Compliance According To Art. 142, Para. 6 Of The Zut And Issuing A Building Permit. The Design Should Be Carried Out According To The Terms Of The Performance Contract, Technical Specification, Zut, Regulation No. 4 Of May 21, 2001. The Investment Project Must Contain At Least The Following Project Parts: Constructions Part, Safety And Health Plan Part, Construction Waste Management Plan Part And Accounting Documentation Part. After Presentation By The Contractor And Approval By The Contracting Authority Of The Conceptual Concept For The Implementation Of The Site, The Contractor Begins The Design In The Technical Design Phase, Subject To Compliance With All Requirements And Instructions From The Contracting Authority, Competent Authorities And Operating Companies. The Planned Construction And Installation Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Approved Project, The Currently Effective Regulations And The Requirements For Putting The Site Into Operation. The Contractor Should Perform Construction And Installation Works On The Subject Of The Order, Providing Labor, Materials, Construction Equipment, Blanks And Products, And Everything Else Necessary For The Execution Of The Site. The Input Building Materials Must Be Of Proven Origin, Accompanied By A Declaration Of Conformity, With Instructions For Application In Bulgarian, Drawn Up By The Manufacturer Or By His Authorized Representative. The Contractor Should Exercise Authors Supervision During Construction, According To The Approved Design Documentation And The Applicable Regulations, By Means Of The Expert Designers For The Individual Parts Of The Project Or Persons Authorized By Them, Provided That The Authorized Persons Have Qualifications Corresponding To That Of The Authorizing Expert And Are Pre-Approved By The Contracting Authority.
