The Subject Of This Order Is The Reconstruction And Change Of Purpose Of The Old Building Of Pgt N. Y. Vaptsarov, Slivnitsa. The Building Was Built Before 1950 And Its Construction Complies With The Normative Documents In Force At That Time. Construction Is The Fifth Category According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 5, B. A Zut In Conjunction With Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 5, B. D Zut. It Is A One-Story Building With A Living Space And A Built-Up Area Of 529.28 Sq.M. The General Condition Of The Building Is Good. In Some Places, Due To The Foundation Giving Way, Cracks Are Visible In The Brick Walls. The Internal Flooring Is Also Falling Apart. The Current Project Envisages Measures To Strengthen The Structure In Order To Remove And Prevent The Detected Defects In The Future. Among The Main Tasks Of The Project Are Taking Measures To Improve Energy Efficiency And Repair Works Of Installations In Order To Improve The Functional Environment. Within The Scope Of The Design Activities, No Changes To The Basic Structural Solution Are Foreseen And No Changes Are Made To The Operating Loads, Despite The Change Of The Main Design Function Of The Construction. As, After Removing The Detected Defects, The Construction Of The Building Is Suitable And Safe For Operation In Technical Terms. All Load-Bearing Structural Elements, At The Time Of The Survey And After Implementation Of The Measures To Strengthen Them, Are Able To Take The Loads Falling On Them, And To Ensure The Normative Requirements Of Art. 169, Para. 1, Item 1 Zut.
