The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation By The Contractor Of The Investment Entitled: Exhibition Of The Existing, Original Elements Of The Ruins Of The Józef Steelworks In The City. Samsonów Commune Zagnańsk. The Investment In Question Is Located In Samsonów, Commune. Zagnańsk, Plot No. 1427, Precinct 0012 Samsonów, Zagnańsk Registration Unit. The Investment Area Is Located In A Conservation Protection Zone. 1.1. The Order Involves The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Task, Which Includes 1.1.1. Design And Implementation Of Illumination Emphasizing The Silhouette And Monumentality Of Individual Buildings And The Texture Of The Walls. 1.1.2. Design And Implementation Of A Fence In The Area Of A Historic Post-Industrial Complex. In Samsonów In Order To Protect It And Make The Area Of The Ruins Of Huta Józef Available To Visitors. 1.2. The Subject Of The Order Is A Monument Entered In The Register Of The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments, Registration Number A.469/1-3 Of February 8, 2010 - Defined As A Permanent Ruin . Taking Into Account The Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725, Consolidated Text). All Design And Implementation Activities Must Be Agreed With The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. 1.3. Work On The Historic Building Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Act Of July 23, 2003 On The Protection And Care Of Monuments (Journal Of Laws Of 2022 Item 840, Consolidated Text) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Culture And National Heritage Of October 14, 2015 On Conservation Works, Restoration Works, Construction Works, Conservation Research, Architectural Research And Other Activities Related To Monuments Entered In The Register Of Monuments, As Well As Archaeological Research And Exploration Monuments (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 81, Vol.).
