1. Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 1.1. The Detailed Scope Of Works To Be Performed Is Specified In Annex No. 10 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex No. 12 To The Swz - Bill Of Quantities, Construction Design And Expert Opinion, Decision On The Building Permit, Functional And Utility Program, Area Development Concept - Map, Work Program Conservation Works, Illustrative And Hybrid Map, Photo Documentation. The Documents Mentioned And The Swz Are Complementary Documents.1.2. The Subject Of The Order Is A Monument Entered In The Register Of The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments, Registration Number A.469/1-3 Of February 8, 2010 - Defined As A Permanent Ruin. Taking Into Account The Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725, Consolidated Text). Work On A Historic Building Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Act Of July 23, 2003 On The Protection And Care Of Monuments (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 840, Consolidated Texts) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Culture And National Heritage Of October 14, 2015 On Carrying Out Conservation Works, Restoration Works, Construction Works, Conservation Research, Architectural Research And Other Activities Related To Monuments Entered In The Register Of Monuments, As Well As Archaeological Research And Searches For Monuments (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 81, Vol.). 1.3. Construction Works Must Be Carried Out Taking Into Account The Guidelines And Recommendations Of The Świętokrzyskie Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. 2. Scope Of Construction Works: The Subject Of The Works Are Activities Aimed At Extending The Good Condition Of The Ruins Of The Blast Furnace Complex Of The Józef Steelworks In Samsonów In Accordance With The Attached Documentation Constituting Annex No. 12. The Undertaken Activities Will Include, Among Others, Cleaning The Walls Of The Ruins From Loose Stone Elements And Re- Filling In Plaster Defects In Walls And Masonry, Repairing Cracks And Lintels, Protecting The Wall Crown Against Progressive Degradation In Individual Buildings (Using Wta Technology, According To One Manufacturers Recipe), And Designing And Implementing A Steel Footbridge Over The Canal.
