S: The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of The Historic Chapel At The Municipal Cemetery In Nowogard, Located At Ul. Cmentarna, Plot No. 177, Nowogard-3 District, Nowogard Commune. The Entire Chapel Building And The Tower Will Be Renovated. The Renovation Includes The Facade, Roof, Window And Door Joinery, Interior Of The Building, Electrical And Lightning Protection Installations. 3. Information On The Detailed Definition Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Bill Of Quantities, Construction Design, Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annexes To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, And Therefore Its Integral Part. 4. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To This Tor Are For Auxiliary Purposes Only And Are Intended To Facilitate The Valuation Of The Works. This Means That The Works That Were Included In The Design Documentation Are Included In The Scope Of The Basic Order Even If They Were Omitted In The Bill Of Quantities. 5. The Subject Of The Contract Was Defined In An Unambiguous And Exhaustive Manner, Using Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Terms, Taking Into Account All Requirements And Circumstances That May Affect The Preparation Of The Offer, By Indicating Objective Technical And Quality Features As Well As Standards Specified In Some Places By Example Trademarks, Patents Or Origin. 6. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Carrying Out Construction Works Based On The Prepared And Approved Design Documentation: A) Developing And Agreeing On A Work Schedule With The Ordering Party. B) Performance Of Construction Works Based On The Construction Design. C) Tidying Up The Area Adjacent To The Site Of The Works Being Carried Out And Restoring Lawns And Green Areas Adjacent To The Sites Of Construction Works, D) Keeping A Construction Log And Taking Measurements Of The Number Of Works Carried Out. E) Preparing The Settlement Final Works And Preparing 2 Copies Of The Approval Report, Which Should Include: Contract, Offer, Contracts With Possible Subcontractors, Tables Of Settlement Elements, Insurance Policy, Handover Reports Of The Construction Site, Acceptance Reports Of Works To Be Covered, Material Tests, Prescriptions, Measurement Results And Laboratory Tests, Declarations Of Material Compliance, Approvals, Financial Settlement, Confirmation Of Completion Of Works, Declaration Of The Authorized Works Manager On The Execution Of Works In Accordance With The Regulations.2) Preparation Of Documents Related To Putting The Investment Into Use (If Necessary).
