Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Replacement Of A Heating Substation In The Building Of The District Court In Lubin At Ul. Wrocławska 3

1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Replacement Of The Heating Station With A New One In The Building Of The District Court In Lubin At Ul. Wrocławska 3. 2. The Scope Of Work Includes, Among Others: (The Full Scope Of Dismantling Works, Installation Works, Finishing Works And Electrical Works Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Technical Documentation): 1) Dismantling And Disposal Of The Old Heating Substation (As Part Of The Remuneration, The Contractor Will Dispose Of All Dismantled Elements In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations In This Regard Legal Regulations),2) Delivery And Assembly Of A Compact Heating Substation - 524 Kw Central Heating Module And 76 Kw Hot Water Module,3) Execution Of Electrical Installation Elements, Including Those Supplying The Individual Devices Of The Substation,4) Carrying Out The Required Tests And Tests, Including Pressure Tests, 5) Commissioning Of The Node And Carrying Out Partial And Final Acceptance, 6) Other Works Necessary To Complete The Order, Necessary To Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Legal Requirements In This Regard, 3. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes: 1) Preparation Of Technical And As-Built Documentation In Two Copies, 2) Preparation Of Registration Documentation And Participation In The Registration, 3) Participation In The Acceptance By The Office Of Technical Inspection (Udt) And Registration, 4) Filling In And Venting The Central Heating Installation, 5) Providing The Ordering Party With Approvals And Certificates, In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations, 6) Warranty On The Reliability Of The Heat Substation, Including The Controller For A Period Of [...] Months, 7) Carrying Out Warranty Inspections During The Warranty Period - In Accordance With The Device Manufacturers Guidelines . The Warranty Activities Will Be Confirmed In The Service Book, Which Will Be Provided To The Ordering Party By The Contractor Together With The As-Built Documentation. 4. Additionally, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide: 1) Purchase Of A Gsm Modem With A Router, 2) Installation And Configuration Of The Necessary Software, 3) Staff Training, 4) 12-Month Gsm Subscription. 5. Along With The Delivery And Assembly Of The Heating Substation, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Technical Documentation In Two Copies: 1) Acceptance: - Approval Certificates For Devices Issued By Polish Offices And Institutions, - Protocols For The Execution And Testing Of Heat Exchangers And Pressure Vessels Required By The Office Of Technical Inspection, - Protocols Tests And Factory Acceptance Of Devices, Quality Certificates And Approvals For The Materials Used, Documents (Decisions, Passports, Etc.) Confirming The Receipt And Registration By The Office Of Technical Inspection Of Pressure Equipment Installed In The Heating Plant, Material Certificates, Welded Joint Certificates, Pressure Test Certificates,  Certificates Of Operational Tests Of The Regulat
