1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation Along With The Performance Of Works Related To The Revalorization Of Park Greenery In The Historic Park. Ignacy Paderewski In Rzeczyca.2. The Park Is Located In Rzeczyca In The Rzeczyca Commune, Tomaszów Poviat, Łódź Voivodeship. From The North It Is Limited By The Municipal Asphalt Road No. 116377E; From The South-East And South By Provincial Roads No. 726 (Ul. Kitowicza) And District Roads No. 4309E (Ul. Mościckiego), And From The West By Arable Fields And Farm Buildings. Park Named After Ignacy Paderewskiego In Rzeczyca Is Located In The Buffer Zone Of The Spała Landscape Park And Constitutes Its Integral Part. In The Above-Mentioned Area There Are Over 100 Old Trees In The Park And Its Protection Zone - Mainly Oaks. The Considerable Diversity Of The Parks Natural Environment Allows For The Existence Of A Diverse And Rich Flora Species. Currently, It Is Estimated That There Are Over 800 Species Of Vascular Plants, Such As Ferns And Flowering Plants, Within The Park. Attractive Species That Are Subject To Protection Include: Common Ivy, Daphne, Clubmosses, Common Columbine, Yellow Water Lily And Many Others. The Most Important Historical Value Of The Park Is Ignacy Paderewskis Composition Is Almost Unchanged, Based On The Water System And The Preservation Of The Old Trees, The Oldest Of Which, According To Dendrochronological Analysis, Is 200 Years Old. The Park In Rzeczyca Is Largely Destroyed. As Part Of The Implementation Of This Task, An Inspection And Ongoing Maintenance Of Old Trees Will Be Carried Out, Removal Of Self-Seeding Trees That Have Led To The Blurring Of The Historical Layout Of The Park, New Plantings, And Design Documentation Will Be Prepared. The Aim Of This Task Is To Restore The Recreational And Historical Values ​​Of The Park Space. This Will Contribute To An Increase In The Number Of People Using This Place And Will Have A Positive Impact On The Image Of The Commune. Moreover, The Rzeczyca Commune Has A Decision Of The Conservator Of Monuments Regarding Revalorization. The Investment Will Be A Continuation Of The Funds That The Commune Received In The First Recruitment Process Of The Polish Order. As Part Of That Project, An Administration Building Was Built (Commune Office, Gok, Gops) And The Area Surrounding The Building Was Developed - Including The Park Part. The Funds Obtained Will Have A Positive Impact On The Spatial Order Of The Center Of Rzeczyca And Will Create Functional And Utilitarian Harmony.3. The Investment Consists Of Two Tasks: 3.1. Task I – Preparation Of Documentation And Research On Trees, Including: • Inventory And Tree Management; • The Concept Of Park Revalorization; • Revalorization Project (Including An Irrigation Project With All Necessary Arrangements); • Specialized Examination Of Trees.3.2. Task Ii - Restoration Of The Forest Stand, Which Includes:• Tree Care• Establishing Tree Ties• Removing Trees• Removing Self-Seeding
