The Investment Area Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments. Design Assumptions: Construction Of A Roof Over The Existing Pitch - Metal Roof Structure With A Membrane Coating, Tent Form With A Gable Roof, Side Wall Height Of 6 M, Equipped With A Heating, Ventilation And Electrical Installation. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include Obtaining A Public Purpose Investment Location Decision, Land Development (Paving), Demolition Works (Disassembly Of Ball Catchers, Fences And Lighting Poles), Equipment With Benches, Stands And Scoreboards. The Sports Facility Should Be All-Season With The Possibility Of Raising The Walls. The Contractor Should Design And Make The Connection Necessary For The Operation Of A Mobile Laser Shooting Range For 4 Stations (Without Purchasing A Mobile Laser Shooting Range). Task Description: A) Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation Based On The Attached Functional And Utility Program. The Set Of Developed Documentation Should Include: • Preparation Of An Architectural And Design Project Multi-Discipline Construction - 5 Copies;• Preparation Of A Multi-Discipline Technical Design - 3 Copies;• Preparation Of Investor Cost Estimates - 3 Copies;• Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities - 3 Copies;• Preparation Of Detailed Technical Specifications - 3 Copies;• Preparation Of A Map For The Purposes Design - 3 Copies;• Submitting The Above Documents In Electronic Version - 1 Copy;• Performing Free Authors Supervision As Part Of The Price Offer Until The Completion Of Construction And During The Warranty And Guarantee Period;• Obtaining All Required Opinions, Decisions, Necessary Permits And Approvals , Conditions And Arrangements Required By Law (Including Notification Of Construction Works Or Building Permits); • Preparation Of Dendrological Documentation Containing An Analysis Of The Investment And The Possibility Of Implementing It Without Damaging The Existing Park Greenery.
