After Reconstruction, The Facility Will Function As A Retention Reservoir Periodically Flooded With Rainwater Or Meltwater From Roadside Ditches. 1) As Part Of The Order, A Technological Road Must Be Constructed For The Duration Of Construction Works (From The Internal Road, Plot No. 1713 In The Town Of Targowisko, Through Plot No. 666 In The Town Of Szarów). 2) As Part Of The Contract, The Supervision Of A Herpetologist Over The Preliminary Works Should Be Ensured. 3) Before Commencing The Work, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Tests Consisting In Taking Sediment Samples In Order To Verify Whether The Sediments And Silts Extracted From The Reservoir Bowl Do Not Contain Heavy Metal Compounds And Selected Organic Compounds (Pahs And Pcbs).
