Scope Of Works:• Taking Over And Preparing The Construction Site;• Geodetic Marking Of The Planned Construction;• Delivery And Installation Of A Home Sewage Treatment Plant With A Sewage Infiltration System;• Construction Of A Sewage Connection;• Earthworks;• Construction Of Sewage Disposal Devices;• Construction Of Wlz (Electrical Connection );• Technical And Technological Commissioning;• Testing Of Treated Sewage (Bod5, Cod And Total Suspended Solids);• Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory;• Preparation Of Delivery And Acceptance Documentation;• User Training - Confirmed In Writing. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex 1 To The Swz - Constituting The Design Documentation (Construction Design, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Stwior, Bill Of Quantities, Geotechnical Opinion). Due To The Lump-Sum Form Of Remuneration, The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Documentation Constitute An Auxiliary Element And Not The Basis For The Valuation. After Reviewing The Design Documentation And Other Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine The Scope Of Works And Their Valuation Necessary To Achieve The Result Specified In The Design Documentation. Reducing The Scope Of The Order1. The Ordering Party Always Prefers To Use Gravity Drainage Of Treated Sewage.2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Basic Scope, I.E. Resignation From The Purified Sewage Pumping Station, If There Are Circumstances That Allow For Gravity Discharge Of Treated Sewage, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract.3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Scope Of Basic Works, I.E. The Implementation Of A Smaller Number Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants, In The Event Of Special Circumstances Preventing The Implementation Of The Investment In A Given Location.4. The Change Cannot Be Greater Than 20% Of The Assumed Number Of Household Sewage Treatment Plants.5. Works Not Performed As A Result Of The Above Will Be Treated As Abandoned Works And Settled In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract. Investments In Natura 2000 Areas. 12 Household Sewage Treatment Plants Are Located In Natura 2000 Protected Areas. The Procedure For Obtaining Permits For These Locations Is In Progress.
