The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Related To The Transport Of Students To Schools In The Sułów Commune: The Primary School In Michalów, The Primary School In Sułów And The Primary School In Tworyczów, Which Will Take Place On School Days Specified By The Minister Of National Education In The Calendar Of The School Year 2024/ 2025 And Days Off From School As Needed (Alternative Delivery Is Possible On Another Day Or Time) At The Request Of The Directors Of The Above-Mentioned Companies. Schools.4.3. The Scope Of The Service Includes Transporting And Dropping Off Students As Well As Providing Care During Commuting And Returning. The Care Covers Children And Young People While Boarding, Traveling And Disembarking, Until The Children Enter The School Premises. Care During Returns Is Provided By At Least One Guardian Per Bus, In Addition To The Driver.4.4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Adjust The Number Of Transported Students During The School Year.4.5. The Contractor Will Ensure Safe Transportation Of Students. Buses Must Have A Sufficient Number Of Seats And A Current Technical Inspection.4.6. The Carrier Will Take Care Of The Students While Transporting Them To School And On The Way Back.4.7. The Daily Mileage Does Not Include Commuting From The Contractors Premises To The Starting Point Of The Course.4.8. Due To Possible Organizational Changes In The Schools Work During The School Year And Possible Changes In The Number Of Transported Students, The Estimated Number Of Children, Number Of Courses And Kilometers Due To Changes In The Route May Change. 4.9. Additional Requirements Regarding The Order:4.9.1. The Agreed Timetable Will Be Linked To The Starting And Ending Times Of Classes In All Schools Covered By Student Transport, 4.9.2. Students Get On And Off In Towns At Marked Stops,4.9.3. Transport Of Students Must Take Place In Conditions Ensuring Comfort And Safety,4.9.4. About Changes In The Organization Of Learning (E.G. Additional Days Off, Doing Classes On Other Days, Etc.), The School Principal Will Notify The Transporter At Least 2 Days In Advance,4.9.5. The Schedule For Transporting Children After Classes Will Be Agreed Individually With Each School Principal By The Transporter, 4.9.6. School Principals Will Provide Employees Responsible For Disciplining Students And Safe Boarding And Disembarkation In Designated Places,4.9.7. In The Event Of Failure Of The Vehicle Or Driver, The Delivering Vehicle Will Provide Replacement Transport At Its Own Expense.4.9.8. The Driver Must Be Equipped With A Mobile Phone Necessary To Inform Directors Or Guardians About Emergency Situations.4.9.9. The Service Covers 5 Days A Week, I.E. Up To 177 Days In Total.4.9.10.
