The Ordering Party Requires That The Equipment Delivered As Part Of The Contract Should Be Purchased Through The Manufacturers Official Sales Channel. This Means That It Will Be Brand New Equipment, Coming From A Legal Source (To Confirm, The Contractor Will Present Documents Confirming The Legality Of Origin) And Having An Appropriate Package Of Warranty Services (This Also Applies To The Delivered Software).3. The Contractor Ensures That The Delivered Equipment Is Complete And Functional, And Has No Physical Or Legal Defects.4. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Services Accompanying The Delivery In Question, Such As Transport And Insurance During Transport, Loading And Unloading And Any Other Additional Services Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order, Such As Deployment In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Technical Assistance And Service.
