Tenders Are Invited For Successful Preparation And Delivery Of Meals For The Piotr Wysocki Primary School No. 215 From September To December 2024 - Catering Service

The Subject Of The Agreement Is The Successive Preparation And Delivery Of Meals For Primary School No. 215 Based In Warsaw At Ul. Headquarters 13. The Subject Of The Agreement Includes The Preparation And Delivery Of One Meal A Day, I.E. A Two-Course Dinner (Soup + Main Course) With A Drink Or Fruit, Collectively Called A Set. 2.The Expected Number Of Meals Is (81 Days X 500 Dinners) 40,500 Pieces. The Given Quantities Of Meals Are Estimated And May Be Increased Or Decreased, I.E. They Do Not Constitute The Final Size Of The Order, And As A Result, They Cannot Constitute The Basis For Filing Claims For Undelivered Deliveries Or For Refusing Deliveries. The Ordering Party Will Not Bear Any Negative Financial Consequences Resulting From A Reduction In The Quantity And Value Of Meals. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of Meals. 3. The Unit Price Of Standard And Diet Meals Is The Same. The Price Is A Lump Sum And Covers All The Contractors Costs, In Particular The Cost Of Products, Preparation Of The Meal, Delivery And Unloading Of The Meal At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. 4. The Number Of Meals Served Monthly Multiplied By The Unit Price Of The Meal Constitutes The Basis For Issuing A Vat Invoice By The Contractor.5. Each Contractor May Submit An Offer. Completion Date Is From September 3 To December 31, 2024. 6. Deliveries Will Be Made On The Basis Of Current Orders Placed By An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party /By Telephone, In Writing Or Electronically/. Orders Will Be Placed One Day In Advance, By 3:00 P.M., Monday To Friday, However, An Order Placed On Friday Will Apply To Monday Of The Following Week. In The Order, The Ordering Party Will Specify The Number And Type Of Meals Ordered, I.E. Lunches Divided Into Standard And Dietary Meals. 7. Deliveries Will Be Made From Monday To Friday: Lunches From 11:00-11:30. The Contractor Prepares And Delivers Meals Independently, Using His Own Transport (Without The Participation Of Subcontractors) And In His Own Packaging.8. The Contractor Will Bring The Subject Of The Order To The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party, Located In The Temporary Premises Of Primary School No. 215 In Warsaw, I.E. At Ul. Kobielska 5 And Ul. Mińska 1/5 In Warsaw.9. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out By Means Of Transport That Meet Sanitary Requirements, In Accordance With The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety And Regulation (Ec) No. 852/2004 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of April 29, 2004 On The Hygiene Of Foodstuffs . Persons Performing The Delivery Must Have A Valid Medical Certificate For Sanitary And Epidemiological Purposes, Which They Present At Each Request Of The Ordering Party. Meals Will Be Delivered In Gen Thermoports And Containers Adapted For This Purpose, Ensuring That The Temperature Of Hot Dishes Is Maintained (Soup - Min. 75ºc, Main Course - Min. 65ºc, Tea - Min. 80ºc, Cold Dishes - 4ºc To 15ºc) For A Mi
