1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Reduce Electricity Consumption By Modernizing Outdoor Lighting In The Tarnowo Podgórne Commune, I.E. Replacing Road Luminaires Equipped With High-Pressure Lamps With Energy-Saving Led Luminaires. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of: A. Preparation Of A Road Lighting Design Along With The Selection Of The Type Of Luminaires For 344 Pcs. Of Road Luminaires In Accordance With The Pn-En 13201:2016 Standard Or Equivalent And With The Lighting Class Indicated In Annex No. 2. Data For The Project Are Included In Annexes No. 4 And 5; B. Dismantling And Disposal Of 344 Road Luminaires With Discharge Light Sources Along With The Cables Powering These Luminaires In The Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 2; C. Delivery And Installation Of 344 Pieces Of Road Lighting Fixtures In Led Technology Equipped With A Power Reduction System, Using The Dali Protocol, Together With A Power Cable From The Cable Connector In The Pole To The Fixture In The Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 2, D. Disassembly And Disposal Of 344 Pieces Of Cable Connectors Installed In Lighting Poles In The Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 2;E. Delivery And Installation Of 344 Pieces Of Complete, New Cable Connectors For Lighting Poles Type Izk-4 Manufactured By Sintur Or Equivalent, Together With A Fuse (Fuse) For The Installed Road Fixtures; F. Preparing As-Built Documentation, Including Updating Electrical Diagrams And Single-Line Diagrams Of Modernized Electrical Circuits, And Obtaining The Necessary Decisions And Permits, If Required.2. The Material Scope Of The Task Being The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In Detail In Annexes 2-5 And 7 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Covered By: - ​​A Minimum 60-Month Warranty Period, - A Minimum 60-Month Warranty Period. If The Warranty Period Is Extended, The Warranty Period Is Simultaneously Extended By The Same Period4. The Contractor Must Indicate In Its Offer Which Elements Of The Order It Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors. 5. The Indications Of The Origin Of The Products Used In The Order Documents Serve To Determine The Standards Of Technical And Quality Characteristics. The Contractor May Use The Indicated Or Equivalent Other Product That Meets The Technical And Quality Requirements And Has Functional Properties Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Ordering Par
