Information Regarding The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is: Transport Of Students With Disabilities In The School Year 2024-2025 To Schools, Kindergartens And Special Centers, Along With Providing Care, From The Following Towns In The Księżpol Commune: A) Księżpol - 1 Student, B) Korchów Trzeci – 1 Student, C) Korchów Drugi – 3 Students,D) Rakówka – 1 Student,E) Zawadka – 2 Students,F) Płusy – 1 Student,G) Rogale – 1 Studenth) Majdan Stary – 1 Student.2) Delivery Will Be Implemented To Educational Institutions In Biłgoraj, I.E. A) Non-Public Special Kindergarten In Biłgoraj Ul. Sienkiewicza 15: 2 Students, B) Primary School No. 3 With Integration Departments Ul. Sienkiewicza 6: 2 Students, C) Private Primary School In Biłgoraj Ul. Włosiankarska 13: 1 Student D) Special School Complex In Biłgoraj Ul. Wira Bartoszewskiego 10: 1 Student Bambini Integration Kindergarten In Biłgoraj, Ul. Gen. Andersa 5: 2 Students) Gadu-Gadu Kindergarten-Therapeutic Point Akson Ul. Ogrodowa 14, 23-400 Biłgoraj: 3 Students. F) The Number Of Children May Change From Time To Time, In Accordance With Applications Submitted By Parents For The Organization Of Transport For Children Who Have A Certificate For Special Education And Rehabilitation And Educational Classes Or Individual Teaching Carried Out In Educational Institutions. 3) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport Services For Transporting Disabled Children Residing In The Księżpol Commune, From Home To School, Kindergarten Or Special Center And Back To Home, Along With Providing Care During Transport On All School Days, In Accordance With The School Year Calendar 2024/2025 Established In Institutions Providing Classes For Disabled Children. 4) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow For The Possibility Of Providing The Service Via Public Transport. 5) Requirements Regarding The Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order: A) Children Will Be Transported Every Day From Monday To Friday, On Working Days From September 2, 2024 To July 15, 2025. B ) In The Morning, Children Will Be Picked Up From Home (Or Their Place Of Residence Or Nearby) At An Hour That Allows Students To Be Safely Transported To Classes Starting At 8:00 In Biłgoraj. C) In The Afternoon, Picking Up Students From Institutions And Taking Them Home (Place Of Residence). D) The Exact Times Of Picking Up And Dropping Off Children Depend On Their Schedule At The Institutions. E) The List Of Students To Be Transported Along With Their Home Addresses And The Times Of Delivery And Collection From Individual Facilities Will Be Provided To The Selected Contractor When Signing The Contract. F) For One Student, Transport Is Required As For Persons Using A Wheelchair. The Number May Change.G) Transport Of A Disabled Child In A Wheelchair May Only Take Place After Securing The Disabled Person In The Wheelchair And The Stroller With Belts And Hooks That Cannot Be Released While Driving.H) If There Is No Need Wheelchair Transport, The Ordering
