Part 1 – Electrical Materials For Jw 1158 Łask (Infrastructure). The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of New Electrical Goods, In The Quantities, Packaging And Type Specified In The Price Form - Annex No. 3A To The Swz. The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Materials. Pursuant To Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Burden Of Proving Equivalence Rests With The Contractor. If Equivalent Materials Are Offered, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Complete The Column Offered Equivalent Product (In The Price Form) And Attach A Technological Card Or Technical Description In Order To Enable Comparison Of The Parameters Of The Offered Products With Those Requested By The Ordering Party. Failure To Complete This Column Means That The Contractor Offers An Original Product. The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order In Part 1 Will Be An Activity Divided Into Separate Deliveries, Carried Out Over The Duration Of The Contract. The Order In Part 1 Is To Be Completed In 2 Deliveries (55 Items For Each Part) By The 10Th Day Of Each Month. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver And Unload The Materials At Their Own Expense And Responsibility To The Ordering Partys Warehouses Located In: - Military Unit No. 1158, 98-100 Łask, Ul. 9-Go Maja 95 - Assortment Of Parts 1 From 08.00 To 12.00;
