The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Design Documentation For The Task Entitled: Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Storm Sewage System In Ul. Oscar Caro And Ul. Kozielska In Gliwice Along With Stormwater Drainage In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021 Item 2454). The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Included In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz And In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. Required Warranty Period: From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract Until The Expiry Of The Guarantee And Warranty On The Facility Was Constructed On The Basis Of The Prepared Documentation, But No Longer Than 5 Years From The Date Of The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Contract.
