The Expected Number Of Employees Who Will Use Additional Medical Care Services (Excluding Occupational Medicine) Is Approximately 60-70 Employees (Applies To Employees Employed On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship). The Above Amounts Are Estimates And Do Not Constitute An Obligation Of The Ordering Party To Use The Above-Mentioned Medical Services. Number Of People. The Ordering Party Does Not Guarantee The Minimum Number Of Employees Using Additional Medical Care Services. The Ordering Party Does Not Participate In The Costs Of Purchasing Packages For Employees. The Costs Of Using Medical Services Within The Packages Are 100% Covered By Employees. I. General Requirements That The Contractor Must Ensure When Providing Additional Medical Care Services:1. Provision Of Comprehensive Medical Care In The Following Packages: - Individual Package - I.E. An Employee Of The Ordering Party, - Partnership Package, I.E. Spouse/Partner Or 1 Child (Own Or Adopted) Up To 18 Years Of Age Or Up To 26 Years Of Age In The Case Of Young People Studying, Family Package, I.E. The Spouse/Partner And All The Employees Own Or Adopted Children Up To 18 Years Of Age Or Up To 26 Years Of Age In The Case Of Young Students.2. Within Individual Packages, Medical Care Can Be Provided In The Following Scope: Basic, Extended. - Comprehensive,3. Employees Should Have The Opportunity To Change The Package To An Extended Or Comprehensive One Or To A Partner Or Family Package During The Term Of The Contract.4.
