1) The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Transport Of Disabled Children To The Special School Complex In Knurów, Ul. Szpitalna 25, 44-194 Knurów (Abbreviated As Zss) In The School Year 2024/2025.2) The Route To The Zss In Knurów Is Determined By The Ordering Party As Route Ii.3) The Ordering Party Expects 27 Children To Be Transported On Route Ii.4) Delivery Deadline: September 2 .2024 - June 27, 2025, Excluding Winter Holidays.5) Transport Of Children/Students In The Morning Will Take Place In Two Rounds, I.E. Children From Stops No. I To Vii Indicated In Annex No. 5.2. - Student Transport Schedule - Route Ii, Will Be Transported To School In The Earlier Transport Round, While Children/Students From Stops No. Ix To Xii Will Be Transported To School In Annex 5.2. To Swz Will Be Transported In A Later Round, Provided That All Children Transported On Route Ii Will Be Transported To School By 8.00. 6) On Route Ii, The Ordering Party Provides For One Date Of Transport Of Children/Students To School In Two Rounds And Two Dates Of Picking Up Children From School.7) The Time Of Collecting Children After Classes Is Agreed By The Carrier With The School Principal In Two One-Hour Periods.8) The Vehicle In Which They Will Be Transported Children On Route Ii Must Be Equipped With A Space For Transporting A Wheelchair (E.G. In The Luggage Compartment). The Trolley Transported On Route Ii Cannot Be Folded, But The Wheels Can Only Be Dismantled - The Parameters Of The Trolley On Route Ii Are Specified In Annex No. 11 To Swz.9) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Together With An Indication Of The Quality Requirements Relating To The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, Is Included In Chapter .
