Tenders Are Invited For Transport Of Children/Students With Disabilities To Educational Institutions In Zamość In The 2024/2025 School Year, Including Care During Transport
The Subject Of The Order Are The Following Services: Transportation Of Children/Students With Disabilities To Educational Institutions In Zamość In The School Year 2023/2024. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Implemented In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard, In Particular: Road Traffic Law, Road Transport, Transport Law, Act About Drivers Working Time. Transport Will Take Place Between Approx. 6:30 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. On Teaching Days. A) Students Should Be Transported To Classes At The Facility At Such A Time That They Can Start School Classes As Planned - Transport No Earlier Than After The Opening Of The Common Room At Facilities, Collected After Their Completion, Without Unnecessary Waiting And Before The Closing Of The Common Room; B) Children Are Picked Up From Their Parents/Guardians And After Taking Them To Classes, The Child Should Be Handed Over Directly To The Teachers Care. After Completing The Classes, The Contractor Will Collect The Children From The Teachers And, After Taking Them Home, Hand Them Over To The Care Of Their Parents Or Guardians; C) The Time Spent By Children During The Journey Should Be As Short As Possible And Not Longer Than 90 Minutes; The Schedule Will Include A List Of Places Indicated By The Ordering Party To Stop The Car And Pick Up Children/Students, As Well As The Times Of Arrival And Departure Of Vehicles From The Indicated Stops. The Schedule Will Be Subject To Amendment Each Time After A Change In Lesson Plans.
