The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services For Participants Of The Social Services Center In The Włocławek Commune Project. The Catering Service Is Understood As The Preparation Of Breakfasts, Two-Course Lunches With Dessert And The Provision Of Additional Products For Project Participants And Delivery To The Headquarters Of The Day Care Home Senior+ In Smólnik (Smólnik 16C, 87-815 Smólnik, Hereinafter Referred To As Ddp). The Ordering Party Will Order A Maximum Of 20 Breakfasts And A Maximum Of 20 Lunches With Dessert Per Day (Defined As A Total Meal). The Ordering Party Reserves That The Number Of Participants May Be Increased By A Maximum Of 3 People, And The Date Of Commencement Of The Order Depends On The Process Of Completing The Recruitment Of Participants. And The Date Of Launch Of The Day Care Center And May Be Postponed (Delayed), About Which The Ordering Party Will Inform The Selected Contractor Immediately After The Situation Causing The Time Delay Occurs. In This Situation, The Deadline For Completing The Order May Be Postponed (Extended) If The Project Implementation Deadline Is Extended By A Period Adequate To The Period By Which The Project Was Extended.
