The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Removal And Disposal Of Products Containing Asbestos From The Huszlew Commune. 2.1.2. The Estimated Amount Of Products Containing Asbestos Is Approximately 57.14 Mg. The Given Quantities Of Products Containing Asbestos Are Approximate Values, Estimated On The Basis Of Previous Implementations And Are For Information Purposes Only, And Specifying The Maximum Nominal Value In The Contract Cannot (In The Event Of Minor Needs) Be The Basis For Claims From The Contractor2.1.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree With The Owners Of Individual Properties On The Date Of Collection Of Products Containing Asbestos. 2.1.4. The Contractors Responsibilities Include: Loading, Transporting And Transferring For Disposal To A Hazardous Waste Landfill Products Containing Asbestos (Flat And Corrugated Asbestos-Cement Boards Used In Construction) From Properties Located In The Huszlew Commune, Placing On Pallets If The Deposited Waste Is Not Folded Properly, Tightly Wrapped In Foil And Appropriately Marked. 2.1.5. The Contractor Should Have Appropriate Qualifications, Authorizations And Capabilities To Perform The Work That Is The Subject Of The Contract, Along With A Permit To Conduct Activities In The Field Of Hazardous Waste Transport And An Appropriate Contract With The Waste Landfill. As A Result Of The Task, Hazardous Waste Lying On Properties Throughout The Huszlew Commune Will Be Neutralized. 2.1.6. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Given Amount Of Waste Containing Asbestos May Be Increased By 30% In Relation To The Given Amount. The Ordering Party Reserves That In The Event Of An Increase In The Quantity Of Asbestos Products, The Unit Price Set In The Offer May Not Be Increased. A Detailed List Containing Property Addresses And Quantities Intended For Loading, Transporting And Disposal Of Asbestos-Containing Products. The Ordering Party Will Provide It Before Signing The Contract.
