Upon Completion Of The Construction Procurement Phase Of The Services And If Acceptable To The Owner, The Owner Will Enter Into A Stipulated Price Agreement (Using Bc Housing Supplementary General Conditions - Ccdc5b Construction Management (Bchousing.Org ) With The Construction Manager (Cm) For The Construction Phase Of The Project Based On The Construction Documents Prepared By The Consultant. The Contract Price For The Construction Phase And The Date For Achieving Substantial Performance Of The Work Will Be Recorded As An Amendment To The Ccdc 5B Contract By Using Attachment 1 Of Bc Housing Sgcs To Ccdc 5B Construction Management Contract.
