Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy on Annual Independent Monitoring and Evaluation of the Nigeria National Broadband Plan (Nnbp 2020-2025) SUBMISSION OF EOI DOCUMENTS Interested firms are to submit two (2) bound of expression of interest (EOI) documents separated by dividers and arranged as indicated above. The documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the head, procurement department, 2nd floor, room 219, Nigerian communications commission head office, plot 423 aguiyi Ironsi Street, maitama, Abuja and clearly marked with the name of the project and the lot number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated tender box at the procurement department, 2nd floor, room 219, Nigerian communications commission head office, plot 423 aguiyi ironsi street, maitama, Abuja not later than 10:00am on Monday, 5th August, 2024. 4. OPENING OF EOI DOCUMENTS the EOI will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 10:00am on monday, 5th August, 2024, at the Nigerian communications commission head office, plot 423 aguiyi ironsi street, maitama, Abuja in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
