The Technical Parameters Are As Follows, With The Fact That The Contracting Authority Allows Their Modification While Maintaining The Principle That Power And Range Parameters Are Set As Minimum And Size And Weight Parameters As Maximum, Unless Something Else Is Stated For A Specific Parameter (Typical Request For A Maximum Value, For Example, Power Input) , Or Tolerances So That The Device Can Be Installed And Connected To The Clients Existing Devices In The Place Designated For This Device. This Contract Includes Construction, Production, Transport, Assembly, Commissioning And Operator Training At The Location Specified By The Client. The Supplier Is Responsible For The Fact That The Order Will Be Delivered Complete And Will Contain All Parts Necessary For Flawless Operation. Only Original (Not Refurbished) Components Will Be Used For Production. The Technical Specification Sets The Basis For The Minimum Requirements For Function, Performance, Service Life, Etc. By Confirming The Order, The Relevant Supplier Undertakes To Comply With All Points Of This Document. If The Zd Or Its Annexes Contain Specific Trade Names Or Brands, This Is Only A Definition Of The Required Standard, And The Contracting Authority Allows For Other Technically And Qualitatively Comparable Solutions.
