No. 458/2000 Coll., On Business Conditions And Performance Of State Administration In The Energy Sector (Energy Act), As Amended And Pursuant To Decree Of The Energy Regulatory Office No. 349/2015 Coll., On Gas Market Rules (Hereinafter Erú Decree) And Other Legal Regulations Related To And Subsequent To The Energy Act (Hereinafter Also Delivery). The Subject Of Performance Is Also The Provision Of Regulated Access To The Transmission And Distribution System And The Provision Of System Services.
