Contracting For The Supply Of Thermal Energy From Wood Chips From Local Forest Management Through A Dynamic Procurement System.The Object Of This Contract Is The Contracting Of The Supply Of Thermal Energy From Wood Chips From Local And Sustainable Forest Management To Feed A Biomass Boiler Of The Heat Network That Supplies Hot Water For Heating The Ceip Salvador Espriu And Dressing Rooms Of The Municipal Swimming Pool Of The Municipality Of Vidreres. The Supply Of Thermal Energy (In The Form Of Chips) Will Be Accounted For Based On The Calorific Value Of The Chips Delivered In Each Discharge (Which Is Sometimes Correlated With Its Humidity). The Tenderer Undertakes To Supply, At His Own Expense And Under His Responsibility, The Necessary Energy In Sufficient Quantity And Quality To Ensure The Normal Operation And Use Of The Facility Described By Each Municipality.
