Vocational Rehabilitation Services – Framework Agreement For Professional Insertion And Qualification Order Forms For The Renovation Of Housing And Common Areas In The Flanders Grand Littoral Territory (Agence De Grande Synthe And Its Antenna In Gravelines) - For The Needs Of Partenord Habitat. Framework Agreement Concluded Pursuant To Article R.2123-1 3° Of The Public Procurement Code (C.C.P) Relating To Employment Support And Support Services Carried Out Within The Framework Of Social Utility Activities Focused On The Renovation Of Housing And Parts Municipalities In The Flanders Grand Littoral Territory - Grande Synthe Agency And Its Gravelines Branch. Pursuant To Art L.2113-14 Of The Ccp, This Contract Is Reserved For Economic Operators Employing Disabled And Disadvantaged Workers Covered By Arts L.2113-12 And L.2113-13 Of The Ccp. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of Four (4) Years From The Issuance Of The First Purchase Order. It Is Concluded With No Minimum With An Annual Maximum Of 100,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax, Or 400,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax For The Total Duration Of The Contract. Bpu Prices Are Revisable According To The Terms Provided For In The C.C.A.P. Candidates Must Provide Proof Of Human Resources Trained In The Prevention Of Asbestos-Related Risks Under Subsection Iv Of The Labor Code In Support Of Their Offer.
