The Ordering Party Allows Offering Equipment With Better Parameters Than Required, Unless It Is Stated Otherwise In The Opz. 4. The Delivered Goods Must Come From A Legal Distribution Channel, Be Brand New And Meet The Requirements Of Technical Standards In Force In Poland And The European Union. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Submit Partial Offers - The Subject Of The Order Is A Measurement System, Which Should Be Purchased As A Complete Solution. This Will Ensure Full Compatibility Of All System Elements, Both In Terms Of Hardware And Software. 6.
