Travel Management Services – Comprehensive Service For Domestic And Foreign Business Trips At The Medical University Of Gdańsk. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Services For Domestic And Foreign Trips For Employees Of The Medical University Of Gdańsk Using An Online Platform, In Particular Through: A. Purchase Of Airline And Railway Tickets For Domestic And Foreign Routes For The Ordering Partys Employees, Together With Issuing And Delivering Tickets To The Ordering Partys Employees Via Via The Online Platform, B. Booking And Renting Accommodation For The Ordering Partys Employees In Hotels In Poland And Abroad, Along With Delivering Reservation Confirmations To The Ordering Partys Employees Via The Online Platform, C. Providing Other Services Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Draft Contract. 2. The Order Consists Of A Basic Order And Orders Covered By The Following Options: Basic Order Comprehensive Support For Domestic And Foreign Trips For Mug Employees Using The Online Platform - In Accordance With Annex No. 3 And 4 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Order). The Ordering Party Undertakes To Complete The Basic Order In The Amount Of At Least 20% Of The Value Of The Basic Order Specified In § 3 Section 2 Point 2.1 Of The Draft Contract. Order Covered By Option No. 1 • Possibility Of Increasing The Basic Order In Terms Of Transaction Fees To 50% Of Their Value (The Value Will Be Provided By The Contractor In The Offer Form). This Order Will Be Launched If The Amount Of The Contract Regarding Transaction Fees Is Exhausted And The Ordering Party Has Funds Available For Further Implementation Of The Contract. Order Covered By Option No. 2 • Possibility Of Increasing The Basic Order Regarding The Purchase Of Tickets, Accommodation, Transfer And Other Services Described In The Swz, Draft Contract, Opz And Offer Form To 50% Of Their Value. This Order Will Be Launched When The Amount Of The Contract For The Above-Mentioned Services Has Been Exhausted And The Ordering Party Has Financial Resources For Further Implementation Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Complete The Order Under The Option Right In Part Or In Whole. The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims Against The Ordering Party In This Respect. 3. Detailed Provisions Regarding The Performance Of Obligations Relating To This Order Are Included In The Draft Contract - Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
