The It Applications That Want To Be Implemented Through This Project Must Ensure Functionality In Terms Of The Traceability Of Activities Within The Services Of The Bihor Public Health Directorate, Both In Terms Of Internal Flows And In Terms Of The Public Services Offered. The System Will Be Made Up Of Developed Computer Applications That Must Comply With Good Practices, National Legal Provisions And European Norms (Regulations And Directives) In The Field Of Electronic Identity, Personal Data Protection And Cyber Security, The Security Of All Computer System Interfaces. In This Sense, It Must Have Administrative Functions That Allow Granting Or Revoking Access Rights, Access To Information Based On Access Credentials. The Object Of The Award Procedure Is The Provision Of It Application (Software) Installation And Development Services, Described Below. The Directorate Of Public Health Of Bihor County As The Contracting Authority Wishes To Award A Contract For The Development Of Software Applications, Necessary For The Digitization Of The Institution And The Implementation Of The Project Increasing The Level Of Innovation And Efficiency Of The Activity Within The Bihor Public Health Directorate.
