The Scope Of The Public Procurement Provides For The Delivery Of 1 (One) Factory-New Combined Backhoe Loader With Attached Equipment, The Accompanying Warranty Maintenance Services, Within The Warranty Period Proposed By The Participant And Training Of The Employers Employees. Note: Warranty Maintenance Refers To The Removal, At The Contractors Expense, During The Warranty Period, Of All Damage And/Or Technical Inconsistencies, Respectively Replacement Of Defective Parts And/Or Components That Fall Within The Terms And Scope Of The Warranty, In Within The Contractors Warranty Liability. The Delivery And Replacement Of The Consumables Related To The Current Service Of The Combined Backhoe Loader During The Warranty Period Are Not Included In The Scope Of This Order.
