1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement Covering The Performance Of Construction Works In 500 Exempt Municipal Residential Premises Located In Poznań. The Purpose Of Concluding The Framework Agreement Is To Determine The Conditions For The Award And Implementation Of Partial Orders (Executive To The Framework Agreement) Regarding The Performance Of Construction Works In 500 Exempt Municipal Residential Premises With An Area Of Approx. 20 M2 To 150 M2 Located In Poznań, Including In Particular: 1) General Construction Works ,2) Works Related To The Installation Of Windows And Doors, 3) Electrical Installation Works, Electrical Measurements And Preparation Of A Report, 4) Water And Sewage Installation Works. And Central Heating, Performing A Tightness Test Of The Water And Sewage Installation. And Central Heating 5) Gas Installation Works, Performing A Tightness Test Of The Gas Installation Together With Preparing A Report, 6) Making Chimney And Chimney Connections, Checking The Correctness Of Connections To The Chimney Flues Together With A Chimney Sweepers Opinion, 7) Preparing All Design, Technical And Other Documentation Necessary For Proper Performance Of The Works, Including Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Works For Which Design Or Technical Documentation Will Be Prepared, 8) Obtaining All Decisions, Permits And Arrangements Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Works.
