The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Task Titled: Development Of The Golub Old Town Based On The Concept And Technical Documentation For The Development Of The Golub Old Town, Regarding Greenery, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz.2. The Documentation Should Include Activities In The Field Of Adaptation To Changes, Aimed At Preventing And Limiting The Effects Of Extreme Climatic Phenomena, Including: Small Water Retention, Rainwater Management, Restoring Degraded Green Areas, Construction Of Water Reservoirs, Replacing Tight Ground Surfaces With Permeable Ones, Increasing The Area Of Green Areas, Planting Trees And Shrubs, Creating Flower Meadows, Rain Gardens, Greening Urban Infrastructure Elements (E.G. Walls, Roofs, Etc.), Performing Tree Care Treatments To Extend Their Life.3. Actions Recommended By The Employer, Which Should Be Included In The Documentation: 1) Replacement Of Surfaces In Some Places (The Use Of Surfaces Permeable To Rainwater, I.E. Mineral-Soil Surfaces Is Allowed); 2) Planting Vegetation And Creating Pocket Gardens/Rain Gardens; 3 ) Creation Of An Irrigation Or Water Retention System; 4) Water Fountains And Arrangement Of Small Architecture Elements (It Is Allowed To Include Elements Not Directly Related To Adaptation To Climate Change, But Meeting Aesthetic Or Social Aspects Necessary For The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Project, Such As Benches, Sandboxes, Swings, Ladders, Garbage Cans, Water Fountains, Etc. - Their Implementation Costs Cannot Constitute More Than 20% Of The Estimated Investment Expenditure).4. The Field Scope Of The Study Is Marked In Red On The Field Scope Of The Project Map. The Area Scope May Be Reduced, Increased Or Changed To Another Location Within The Golub Old Town, Which Is A Registered Monument, At The Stage Of Agreeing On The Initial Concept.5. The Ordering Party, Acting Pursuant To Art. 4 Section 1-2 In Connection With From Paragraph 4 Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs Specifies That The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of Construction Law, Technical And Construction Standards And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, In Particular Taking Into Account The Principles Of Universal Design, Including Ensuring Freedom Of Movement In Public Space By People With Special Needs, In A Way That Enables Obtaining A Decision From The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments And A Decision On A Building Permit Or Effectively Reporting Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit To The Starosta Of Golubsko-Dobrzyński.
