Detailed Data: A) Loan Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract To December 31, 2034, B) Loan Disbursement Within 7 Days Of Submitting The Application By The Ordering Party With 3 Days Notice, C) Loan Repayment In Quarterly Periods, With The First Repayment In By March 31, 2025. D) If The Loan Repayment Date Falls On A Non-Working Day, The Ordering Party Undertakes To Pay The Required Installment On The First Business Day Following The Set Repayment Date, E) The Ordering Party Does Not Anticipate Any Commission In Connection With The Servicing, Preparation And Granting Of The Loan, F) Possibility Of Early Repayment Of All Or Part Of The Loan Without Incurring Additional Commissions And Fees,G) The Contractors Margin Cannot Be Increased During The Term Of The Applicable Contract,H) Loan Security - Blank Promissory Note,I) Reduction Of The Loan Amount In The Event Of An Unforeseen Increase In The Municipalitys Budget Revenues, Without Incurring Additional Costs By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Informs That: A) There Are No Enforcement Seizures On The Bank Accounts Of The Grudusk Commune, B) The Grudusk Commune Has No Liabilities Towards The Social Insurance Institution And The Tax Office, C) In No Restructuring Program Within The Meaning Of The Public Finance Act Was Carried Out Over The Last 18 Months, D) No Judicial Enforcement Proceedings Were Conducted Against The Grudusk Commune Through A Bailiff, E) Local Government Bodies Were Not Suspended, No Receivership Was Established And The Municipality Was Not Dissolved Decision-Making Body, F) No Resolution Has Been Adopted Not To Grant Discharge To The Commune Mayor, G) The Bill Of Exchange Will Be Countersigned By The Commune Treasurer
