4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Related To The Purchase Of Monthly Tickets For Students Transported To Schools And Kindergartens In The City And Commune Of Pobiedziska In The School Year 2024/2025.4.2. The Expected Number Of Children And School Youth To Be Transported Per Month Is Approximately 160 People, Divided Into Routes: Route No. 1 - Transport To The Primary School. Queen Jadwiga In Jerzyków And To The Kindergarten Pod Świerkiem In Biskupice, From The Towns Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Opz. Estimated Number Of Children - 51. Route No. 2 - Transport To The Primary School. Queen Jadwiga In Jerzykowo, Primary School And Kindergarten Complex. B. Chrobrego In Biskupice And The Kindergarten Pod Świerkiem In Biskupice, From The Towns Indicated In Annex No. 2 To The Opz. Estimated Number Of Children - 49. Route No. 3 - Transport To The School Complex. Constitution Of May 3 In Pobiedziska Letnisko, Primary School. Królowej Jadwigi In Jerzyków And The Kindergarten Pod Świerkiem In Biskupice, From The Towns Indicated In Annex No. 3 To The Opz. Expected Number Of Children – 60.4.3. Total Estimated Number Of Tickets – 160 X 10 Months = 1600 Tickets.4.4. Travel For Children And School Youth Should Be Provided On All Days Of School And Kindergarten Classes In The 2024/2025 School Year, Starting From September 2, 2024 To June 27, 2025.4.5. Transport Of Children And School Youth To School Facilities Must Be Ensured No Later Than 9.00. The Transport Of Children Should Start No Earlier Than At 6.45.4.6. Transport Of Children And School Youth After The End Of School Hours From Approx. 12.30 To 17.30.4.7. Hours Listed In Point 3 And 4 Are Subject To Change. The Contractor Will Be Informed About Planned Changes At Least 7 Days Before Their Introduction. 4.8. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Transported Students On Individual Lines Depending On The Needs Reported By Schools And Kindergartens, However, The Reduction In The Number Of Transported Students May Change During The 2024/2025 School Year To 25%, Increasing The Number Of Transported Students Of The Above-Mentioned. School Year May Be Up To 25%. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Reducing The Number Of Transported Children, And Thus Reducing The Number Of Monthly Tickets Ordered. 4.9. The Service Will Be Provided With The Contractors Fleet Based On Regular Transport In Accordance With The Principles Arising From The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport And The Act Of December 16, 2010 On Public Collective Transport.4.10. Regular Communication Lines Must Be Organized In Such A Way That They Enable The Service To Be Provided Safely, Conveniently And In Accordance With Regulations And Lesson Plans In Individual Schools.
