Project Name: Purchase Project of Orthotional laser scanning confocal microscope of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Tenders are invited for On the Basis of Fluorescence Microscope Imaging, The Laser Light Source and Scanning Device, On the Basis of Traditional Optical Microscope, The Computer Image Processing, Tomography and Imaging of the Observation Sample, Should be a Microscope with High Sensitivity and High Resolution. It can be Used to Collect Images of Tissue and Intracellular Fluorescent Labeling, Observe the Changes of the Calcium Plasma Level at the Subcellular Level, And Observe the Relationship between Cell Physiological Activities and Cell Morphology and Movement Changes Combined with Electrophysiology and Other Technologies.(Oxygen, Trophic Factors, Paracrine / Autocrine, Metabolites, Fluid Flow, And Mechanical Stimulation), Will Originate from Human Cells and Tissues for Prolonged Culture, Acquisition of Organoid Tissues Similar to the Phenotype and Function of Human Organs, And Support the Various Analyses of the Subsequent Experiments, Including, Not Limited to Omics (Gene / Transcript / Proteomics) -Based Analysis of Organoid Samples, And Morphological / Histochemical / Immunofluorescence Imaging Analysis, Protein Markers, Metabolic Profiling Analysis Used in Real-Time Dynamic Sampling of the Culture Medium, The Ultimate Goal is that after Handling of Organoids or Administration of Drugs, Obtaining Data on the Transformation Correlation, Can be Used to Assess Human Responses, In Vitro Simulation Provides More Accurate, Physiologically Relevant Preclinical Data, Without the Need for Expensive and Time-Consuming Animal Studies.
