The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Appoint A Contractor And Conclude A Contract With Him For The Development Of An Updated Action Plan (Ap) For The Strategic Noise Map (Sms) For 1,344.43 Km Of Main Road Sections In The Republic Of Bulgaria With Traffic Over 3 Million Vehicles (Motor Vehicles) Annually, In Accordance With The Legal Requirements And In Compliance With The Agreed Deadlines. ​​​​With The Development Of An Updated Pd To Sks, The Aim Is The Management, Prevention And Reduction Of Noise In The Environment, Caused As A Result Of The Traffic Of Road Vehicles Moving On The Main Roads Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. With The Development Of An Updated Pd To It Is Planned To Limit And Reduce The Noise Load In The Environment By Applying Measures And Acoustic Planning In The Short, Medium And Long Term.
