Repair And Maintenance Services Of Aircraft – Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders Relating To The Carrying Out Of Scheduled Maintenance Phases For Igns Beechcraft B200 Type Aircraft. The Maintenance Operations To Be Carried Out On Ign Aircraft Include Three Basic Types Of Maintenance As Well As Possible Additional Work. The Holders Maintenance Workshop Must Be Part145 (Or Part145) Approved And Be Located In A Straight Line Less Than 700Km From Beauvais-Tillé Airport (Lfob). The Administrative Modalities Of The Contract As Well As The Technical Characteristics And The Conditions Of Execution Of The Services To Be Carried Out Are Defined In The Specific Clauses (Ccp) N°Gbm 24044 And Its Annex Relating To The Ign Aircraft Maintenance Program. This Is A Non-Alloted Framework Agreement, Concluded With Three Economic Operators (Subject To A Sufficient Number Of Candidates And Admissible Offers), With No Minimum Amount And A Maximum Amount Of 250,000 Euros Excluding Taxes. The Purchase Orders By Means Of Which Will Be Executed The Framework Agreement Will Be Allocated To The Holders Of The Framework Agreement According To The So-Called Cascade Method Explained In Article 3 Of The Ccp And The Consultation Regulations (Rc)
