Airport Operation Services – Rennes - Saint-Jacques And Dinard - Pleurtuit Airport Concession. The Concessionaire Will Undertake To Provide The Following Services: - The Management, Operation, Promotion And Development Of Airports, In Compliance With The Implementation Of The Airport Strategy Adopted By The Region In 2023, As Well As More Generally The Development Objectives Sustainable Development Of The Region, - Carrying Out Maintenance Work And Services On The Structures, Installations And Equipment Of The Two Airports, According To A Maintenance Plan Annexed To The Contract, And With Reference To European Maintenance Standards; - Carrying Out New Investments In The Extension, Renewal Or Upgrading Of Infrastructure, Following The Initial Investment Plans And Renewal Of Assets Attached In Annexes To The Contract; - The Provision Of Ground Handling Services; - The Valorization Of State Lands, Whether Or Not They Are Being Commercialized; - The Provision Of Services Imposed By Regulations, In Particular Safety And Security Missions, Maintenance Of Signaling Equipment, Other Characteristics: - Resumption Of Personnel Dedicated To The Concession Under The Conditions Provided For By Article L. 1224-1 Et Seq. Labor Code. The Candidate Will Have To Recruit, Train And Manage The Personnel Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Two Airports And The Execution Of The Missions Entrusted To Them. This Staff Will Remain Placed Under Their Authority And Will Act Under Their Sole Responsibility; - Resumption Of Current Commitments, The Content Of Which Will Be Specified In The Business Consultation File (Dce) At The End Of The Competitive Bidding Procedure, The Winning Candidate Must Set Up One Or Two Ad Hoc Companies, With Legal Personality And Exclusively Dedicated To The Operation Of The Concession Over The Duration Of The Contract. Through The One Or Two Companies Thus Constituted, The Beneficiary: - Will Ensure, At Its Own Risk, The Overall Financial Balance Of The Concession And Will Bear All Operating Costs Of The Service; - Will Be Remunerated By The Operating Revenues Of The Service; - Will Carry Out And Finance The Contractual Investment Program; - Will Undertake To Pay The Region A Contribution In The Event Of A Better Economic Balance Than Expected (Return To Better Fortune Clause), In Accordance With The Terms Provided For In The Future Contract(S).
