The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Reach An Agreement With One Contractor Who, Together With The Already Contracted Contractor For Social Work In The Municipality, Implements The Broad Regulation For Combination Functions (Hereinafter: Brc). This Is A National Scheme In Which The Government Makes Resources Available To Municipalities For The Deployment Of Combination Officers. Combination Officers Are Neighborhood Sports And Culture Coaches Who Make Sports, Exercise And Participation In Culture Possible For Everyone. This Tender Concerns Sports Coaches In The Context Of 1) Club Management Coaching, 2) Education Combination Officers And 3) A Neighborhood Sports Coach For Adapted Sports. In Total, This Involves A Commitment Of At Least 2.5 Fte. No Rights Can Be Derived From The Aforementioned Minimum Fte Because The Brc Scheme Runs Until 2027. There Is Therefore No Certainty About National Financing Of The Brc For 2027 And Beyond.
