The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Playground Carried Out As Part Of The Project Ethno Playground At The Masovian Village Museum In Sierpc. The Scope Of The Order Is Described In Detail In The Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Constitute Annex No. 9 To The Swz And In The Contract Template. Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Specified In Annex No. 9 To The Swz The Required Features Of Materials, Products Or Services Corresponding To The Purpose Intended By The Ordering Party, In Particular, It Defined The Requirements, Adequate To The Subject Of The Order, To Adapt The Project To The Needs Of All Users, Including Ensuring Accessibility For Disabled People. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Warranty For The Construction Works Performed And All Installed Play Equipment, Which Are The Subject Of This Order, For A Period Of At Least 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Fault-Free Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Contract, And In The Event Of Defects, The Date Of Their Removal Is The Date Completion Of The Works Covered By The Order. The Warranty Period For The Completed Works And Installed Playground Equipment Is Also A Criterion For Evaluating Offers With A Weight Of 40% And Will Be Assessed In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In Point 20 Of The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Warranty For The Completed Construction Works And All Installed Playground Equipment That Are The Subject Of This Order. For A Period Of 60 Months From The Date Of Signing The Fault-Free Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Contract, And In The Event Of Defects, The Date Of Their Removal Is The Date Of Completion Of The Works Covered By The Contract.
