1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Adaptation Of A Bathroom For Disabled People And The Modernization Of The Internal Water And Hydrant Installation In The Building Of The Primary School In Łęg Tarnowski. 2) The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Task 1 - Adaptation Of The Bathroom In The Primary School In Łęg Tarnowski For Disabled People , Which Includes:• Demolition And Dismantling Works• Modernization Of Water, Sewage And Electrical Installations• Construction Of A Call Installation In A Sanitary Room For Disabled People• Painting Works • Delivery And Installation Of Bathroom Equipmentb) Task 2 - Modernization Of The Internal Water And Fire Hydrant Installation In Building Of The Primary School In Łęg Tarnowski, Which Includes:• Demolition And Dismantling Works• Cutting Out Recesses For Hydrant Cabinets• Installation Of Pipe Culverts• Installation Of Pipelines• Delivery And Assembly Of Hydrant Cabinets With Equipment• Finishing And Painting Works3) In Addition, A Detailed Description And The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By:  Bills Of Quantities - Annex No. 4 To The Swz,  Design Documentation - Annex No. 5 To The Swz,  Stwiorb - Annex No. 6 To The Swz,  Designed Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 7 To The Swz4) The Principle Adopted In The Draft Contractual Provisions Is Lump Sum Remuneration, So The Bills Of Quantities Included In The Order Documentation Are Also Intended To Enable The Valuation Of Individual Elements Of The Works.5) The Ordering Party Expects The Contractor To Provide The Price For The Execution Of The Order, Divided Into The Price For The Implementation Of Each Task, As A Lump Sum Price, Which Includes Execution Of All Elements Of The Order That Are The Subject Of The Drawing And Text Of The Order Documents, Including Vat Applicable On The Date Of Submission Of The Offer. 6) Before Signing The Contract With The Selected Contractor, The Ordering Party Requests That He Present Simplified Bid Cost Estimates, Prepared Separately For Each Task, Based On The Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities, Stwiorb And A Possible On-Site Visit Carried Out By The Contractor..7) In Addition, As Part Of The Subject Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That The Works Are Managed By Persons With Qualifications In The Specialties Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Entrusted Task And To Keep An Investment Implementation Log Or A Construction Log (If Necessary) In Cooperation With The Supervision Inspector (If Appointed) Final Remarks - Regarding The Order: – The Contractor Will Perform Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation, In Accordance With The Conditions Of Execution And Acceptance Of Works Specified In Stwiorb, With Due Diligence, In Accordance With Currently Applicable Regulations, Technical Norms, Standards, Principles Of Construction Practice, Professional Ethics And The Terms Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract /Appendix No. 7/,- To Perform The Works, The Contractor Will Use O
