The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Installation Of Electronic Security Systems (Ssp, Sswin And Cctv) In The Wincenty Witos Museum In Wierzchosławice1.2. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter: Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz And The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 1.3. The Public Procurement To Which This Description Refers, Implemented By The Ordering Party, Is Financed From The Budget Of The Małopolska Voivodeship As Part Of The Project Entitled: Installation Of Electronic Security Systems (Ssp, Sswin And Cctv) In The Wincenty Witos Museum In Wierzchosławice2. The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order Using: • Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 2 To The Swz) • Design Documentation (Annex No. 13 To The Swz) • Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Annex No. 3 To The Swz) 5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Check The Documents Necessary For The Implementation Orders Available On-Site At The Ordering Party. Pursuant To § 11 Section 4. Regulation Of The Minister Of Culture And National Heritage Of September 2, 2014 On Securing Museum Collections Against Fire, Theft And Other Dangers Threatening Their Destruction Or Loss (Journal Of Laws Of 2014, Item 1240). The Ordering Party Limits The Scope Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In In Terms Of Detailed Implementation Documentation Of Security Systems. In Connection With The Above, The Potential Contractor Will Undertake To Maintain Confidentiality With Respect To The Information Provided (Template Declaration) And On This Basis, The Ordering Party Provides Documentation Regarding Security Systems At Its Headquarters After Prior Arrangement.
