Work Detail

1. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Analytical Work - Cultural Audit (August 2024). As Part Of The Analytical Work, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Expert Opinions, Which Should Include A Description Of The Existing Condition. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Care Of Obtaining The Data Necessary To Perform Diagnoses And Analyzes On Its Own. The Analyzed Strategic Documents, Including Horizontal Strategies, Institutional Development Strategies, Industry And Sector Strategies, Should Be Valid As Of December 31, 2023 (If Such Documents Exist). The Analysis Of Numerical Data Should Include Tabular And Graphic Forms (Charts, Diagrams, Maps, Etc.) And Descriptions. The Diagnosis Should Include Data Sources. The Developed Material Will Be Subject To Consultations With The Contractor And Stakeholders Indicated By The Contractor (Members Of The Regional Cooperation Network Of People And Institutions Of Folk Culture And Tourism Established As Part Of The Project). Any Comments Will Be Taken Into Account In The Developed Audit2) Development Of Standards For The Operation Of The Tourist Product Folk Culture Trail Of The Suwałki Region (August - October 2024). Determination Of Common Features That Must Be Met By The Elements Of The Tourist Product. Standardization With Regulations For Individual Types Of Attractions In The Product (Place, Museum, Gallery, Open-Air Museum, Accommodation Facility, Catering Facility). Determining The Architecture Of The Tourist Route Product: Basic Product, Extended Product, Complementary And Potential Product. Indication Of The Basic Experiences That Create A Tourist Product. Pointing Out The Common Elements That Constitute The Basis Of The Brand. Determining Forms Of Promotion. Defining The Rules For Labeling And Visualization. 3) Development Of A Product Brand Book - Brand, Management, Communication, Promotion, Tools, Instruments, Events, Building A Tourism Product Brand In The Media (August - October 2024). This Stage Will Include The Development Of A Book Containing At Least: Brand Assumptions, Unique Features And Benefits Of The Brand, Brand Management Method, Description Of Internal Communication Between Product Members, External Promotion (Domestic And International), Self-Promotion Tools, Events Promoting The Product Idea, Building Tourism Product Brands In The Media, Initial Ideas For Quality Souvenirs From The Trail, Marketing Activities Plan For A Period Of 3 Years. 4) Development Of A Visual Identification System For The Product (August - October 2024). This Stage Will Include The Development Of Product Visualization, Taking Into Account At Least: The Development Of A Logo And Logotype, A Brand Book, I.E. A Description Of Placing The Sign On Various Types Of Background: In A Full-Color, Monochromatic Version - The Contractor Will Present 3 Proposals To Choose From (Unlimited Corrections), The Choice Of Colors And The Determination Of Fonts, Defining The Rules For Using The Sign (Minimum Sizes), Design Of The Si
