The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Transporting Students After School To Their Place Of Residence.2) The Order Includes: A) Transporting Students From Bus Stops At Their Place Of Residence To Educational Institutions, B) Transporting Students After Classes To Bus Stops At Their Place Of Residence Based On Personal, Discounted Monthly Tickets, In Accordance With The Transport Plan (Schedule).3) Transport Takes Place As Part Of Regular Transport Within The Meaning Of Art. 4 Points 7 Of The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 728, As Amended), Based On The Schedule To Be Prepared By The School And Kindergarten Coordinators And Submitted To The Contractor In Advance Before The Contractor Starts Providing The Service.
