The Subject Of The Order Is: Preparation Of Geodetic Documentation (Technical Survey) Regarding The Resumption/Designation/Determination Of The Boundaries Of Indicated Plots Using Dr, W And Wp In Accordance With § 17 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of July 18, 2020 On Technical Standards For Performing Geodetic Measurements Situational And Altitudinal Data, As Well As Developing And Transmitting The Results Of These Measurements To The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resources, Pursuant To Art. 39 Of The Geodetic And Cartographic Law Act And Based On § 33 And § 33A Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development, Labor And Technology Of July 27, 2021 On The Register Of Land And Buildings, Including: A) Verification Of The Compliance Of The Content Of The Cadastral Map With The Actual Situation In The Field, B ) Preparation Of The Necessary Geodetic Documentation To Update Registration Data, C) Preparation Of A Technical Report Containing The Results Of The Work. 2. The Activities Referred To In Section 1 Should Be Performed In The Registration Unit 021602_2 Gaworzyce, For The Registration Area 021606_2.0008 Śrem-Witanowice.3. Order Details According To The Attached Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 10 To Swz).4. The Subject Of The Order Was Also Described In Annex No. 11 - Contract Template To The Swz.
